These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the HIRE mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The HIRE platform is owned and operated by KSR Solutions Private Limited.

By accessing or using the HIRE platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

1. About the Platform

HIRE is a digital rental marketplace that allows users to list and rent a wide range of items and services.

The platform enables users to connect and arrange rentals across multiple categories including, but not limited to:

Property Rentals

Users may list residential and commercial properties such as:

  • Houses
  • Apartments
  • Villas
  • Commercial spaces
  • Offices and shops
  • PG accommodations
  • Hostels
  • Short-term rental properties
  • Vacation rentals

Wedding and Event Equipment

Users may list or rent items including:

  • Wedding attire and accessories
  • Event decorations and stage setups
  • Audio and sound systems
  • Lighting equipment
  • Backdrops and event furniture
  • Photography accessories
  • Event supplies

Electronics and Creator Equipment

Users may list or rent equipment such as:

  • Professional cameras
  • Drones
  • Action cameras
  • Camera lenses
  • Tripods and stabilizers
  • Podcast microphones
  • Studio lighting equipment
  • Video production gear

Additional categories may be introduced periodically to improve the platform experience.

2. User Eligibility

To use the HIRE platform, users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the platform require users to create an account.

When creating an account, users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Be responsible for activities conducted through their account

Users must notify us immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

4. Listing and Rental Services

Users may create listings to offer items or services for rent.

When posting a listing, users must ensure that:

  • The item belongs to them or they have legal permission to rent it
  • Listing descriptions are accurate
  • Pricing and images are truthful and not misleading
  • Listings comply with applicable laws

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

KSR Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate these Terms.

5. User Generated Content

Users may upload content including:

  • Images
  • Descriptions
  • Reviews
  • Messages

By submitting content to the platform, users grant KSR Solutions Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote such content within the platform for service operation and improvement.

Users must ensure that their content does not violate:

  • Intellectual property rights
  • Privacy rights
  • Applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove content that violates platform policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in activities including but not limited to:

  • Posting illegal or prohibited items
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Harassing or abusing other users
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
  • Uploading malicious software
  • Conducting fraudulent activities

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Platform Role and Responsibility

HIRE acts solely as a technology platform that connects renters and item owners.

KSR Solutions Private Limited:

  • Does not own or control the listed items
  • Does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listings
  • Does not manage or enforce rental agreements between users

Users are responsible for verifying listings and agreements before entering into any rental arrangement.

8. Disputes Between Users

All rental transactions occur directly between users.

KSR Solutions Private Limited is not a party to any agreement between renters and item owners.

In the event of disputes related to:

  • Payment issues
  • Item condition
  • Rental duration
  • Damages or losses
  • Misrepresentation of listings

Users agree to resolve such disputes directly with each other.

KSR Solutions Private Limited shall not be responsible for any claims, losses, or damages arising from user interactions.

However, we reserve the right to investigate reported issues and take actions such as removing listings or suspending accounts.

9. Payments and Fees

Currently, the HIRE platform does not charge users any fees for creating accounts, browsing listings, or posting rental listings.

Users may freely use the platform to list items, discover rentals, and communicate with other users.

However, KSR Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to introduce service fees, listing fees, premium features, or other paid services in the future.

If such fees are introduced:

  • Fees will be clearly displayed within the platform
  • Users will be informed before charges are applied
  • Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers

10. Account Suspension or Termination

KSR Solutions Private Limited may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Post illegal or prohibited listings
  • Harm other users or the platform

Users may also request account deletion by contacting:

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the HIRE platform, including:

  • Software
  • Application design
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Platform content

are owned by KSR Solutions Private Limited, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or copy platform content without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSR Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Disputes between users
  • Rental damages or losses
  • Misrepresentation of listings
  • Service interruptions
  • Loss of data or business

Users agree that rental transactions are conducted entirely at their own risk.

13. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as:

  • Payment gateways
  • Analytics providers
  • Cloud hosting services

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

If significant changes occur, users may be notified through:

Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the HIRE platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
