KSR Solutions Private Limited operates the HIRE mobile application, a rental marketplace platform that allows users to list and rent properties, event equipment, electronics, and other rental items.

Users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data from the HIRE platform.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your HIRE account and personal data, you can submit a request using one of the following methods.

Method 1 — Delete Account from the App

If the feature is available in your app:

  1. Open the HIRE mobile application
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion request

Once confirmed, your request will be processed.

Method 2 — Request Account Deletion by Email

You can also request account deletion by contacting our support team.

Send an email to:

support@hirerentals.in

Include the following details:

  • Your registered mobile number or email address
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request

Our support team will verify your request and process the deletion.

What Happens After Account Deletion

Once your request is processed:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted
  • Your personal information will be removed from our active systems
  • Your listings will be removed from the platform
  • You will no longer be able to access your account

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security and dispute resolution

After the retention period, the data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days after verification.
